With a rich career spanning tourism, hospitality, nonprofits, and small businesses, she transforms smart strategies into award-winning campaigns and genuine connections. Her career highlights include serving as CEO of Australia’s North West Tourism and GM of the Broome Visitor Centre, where she led initiatives that earned a WA Tourism Award for Destination Marketing and helped Broome secure the title of Top Tourism Town in WA. Natasha also spent a decade in Melbourne building a corporate gifting business, serving high-profile clients like ANZ Private Bank, Nike, and Australia Post, and earning a Micro Business of the Year award along the way.
From crafting award-winning marketing campaigns to mentoring colleagues, Natasha believes that authentic connections and smart strategy unlock incredible opportunities. Whether she’s mapping out a fresh business plan, coaching small business owners, or curating an unforgettable event, Natasha pours her heart (and a bit of sparkle) into everything she does. The Sparkle Biz isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of who she is, where strategy meets simplicity, and where businesses find the tools and guidance they need to shine.
Natasha has worked extensively with organisations and associations, supporting and speaking for stakeholders and small businesses. She is also a firm believer in networking, creating “Broome Business Belles” to connect like-minded women in business and showcase solopreneurs. Whether advocating for industry needs, representing businesses at key events, or providing hands-on support, she’s passionate about ensuring small businesses have a voice and the strategies they need to thrive.
Now back on her home turf of the Yorke Peninsula, South Australia, Natasha continues to empower businesses through strategic planning and mentorship.
